How this tool works
The problem
Families paying for Chalky Reading Comprehension through ClassWallet need a new invoice each month with a consistent layout. The tool addresses repeated manual work and the risk of incorrect numbers or dates.
The billing cycle
The tool prepares an invoice before the previous one is due. The next invoice starts on the previous due date, advances the due date by a month and receives a unique invoice number.
Original workflow
The original private workflow includes stored clients and scheduled generation. This demo uses fictional records in page memory. The button Simulate scheduled run simulates the generation step without sending invoices.
Invoice layout
The demo preserves the original invoice layout and supports monthly ($49.90) and annual ($189.00) plans. All downloaded PDFs are marked SAMPLE.
