About

I turn complex product problems into experiences people can understand and use with confidence.

I am a Senior Product/UX Designer based in Toronto, focused on responsible AI, accessibility, product strategy and design systems. I work best in the space between ambiguity and execution: finding the real problem, shaping a clear product direction and turning it into patterns teams can build.

Experience

From enterprise workflows to AI-assisted learning.

My background spans 15+ years across digital design, with product roles in fintech, enterprise conversational AI and learning experiences. I have worked with founders, product managers, engineers and compliance stakeholders, translating requirements into flows, reusable patterns and implementation-ready interfaces.

Today, I design AI-assisted learning experiences across web and mobile, connecting research with parents and children to onboarding, dashboards and learning journeys.

How I work

I turn uncertainty into clear product decisions.

I am drawn to complex product problems: unclear flows, low user confidence, overloaded dashboards, AI features that need guardrails, and experiences where trust matters as much as speed.

My process is practical. I map the problem, find the trade-offs, test the parts that carry risk, and turn decisions into patterns a team can reuse. I care about the strategic story, but I also care about states, labels, edge cases, contrast, responsive behavior and the specifications developers need to implement the experience consistently.

What I bring

Product strategy grounded in implementation.

Strategy with evidence

I connect business goals, user needs and constraints through research, synthesis and clear product framing.

Accessible systems

I treat accessibility as product quality: content, interaction, hierarchy, states and responsive behavior.

AI with human judgment

I design AI experiences around transparency, control, review, recovery and user confidence.

Experimentation

Learning through building.

Independent experiments complement my product design practice. Building small tools lets me explore interaction details, test assumptions and understand implementation constraints firsthand. I use that experience to ask better questions and make more informed design decisions.
